The long walk home

 Being a Dad of 3 pre-teen boys it can get pretty hectic. Coupled with a demanding job you crave a little peace time. 

Luckily I work a short 20 minutes walk along a bridle way through a well kept industrial park. 

It’s twice a day I get to just be at one with my thoughts and enjoy the nature that has developed and become intertwined with a modern industrial estate. 

Albeit slightly over weight, now at the half way mark the panting has begun. Inner leg chaff is becoming irritating and it’s now I just wish I could fly the rest of the way.
